These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CreatorX Live Studio ("CreatorX", "we", "us") — our desktop application and website at creatorxlive.com (the "Service"). By downloading, accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and all activity under it.
Keep your sign-in email and devices secure. Notify us of any unauthorised use.
You may sign in with email one-time codes or with Google, GitHub or LinkedIn.

3. Subscriptions, free trial & billing

Free trial. New accounts receive a 90-day free trial of the paid features. After it ends, a paid subscription is required to continue recording and going live; the app may otherwise display a non-removable CreatorX watermark.
Plans. We offer monthly, yearly and one-time (lifetime) plans. Prices are shown at checkout and may vary by region and currency.
Payments & renewals. Payments are handled by third-party processors (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, PayPal, Topmate). Recurring plans renew automatically through the provider until cancelled. You authorise the applicable charges.
Taxes. Prices may be exclusive of taxes, which will be added where required.
Price changes. We may change prices prospectively; changes do not affect the current paid period.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew.
Because the Service is a digital product delivered immediately, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
If you were charged in error or experienced a material, unresolved defect, contact us within 7 days at support@creatorxlive.com and we will review your request in good faith.

5. Licence to use the software

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription or trial, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the CreatorX desktop application for your own creation and streaming. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, reverse-engineer, or circumvent licensing or watermark controls in the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Stream, record or distribute content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
Publish unlawful, harassing, hateful, or harmful content, or violate any third-party platform's terms (e.g. YouTube, Twitch, Facebook).
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or others' accounts.

7. Your content & responsibilities

You retain all rights to the video, audio and other content you create with CreatorX. You are solely responsible for your content and for complying with the rules of any platform you stream to and with all applicable laws (including copyright, music licensing, and consent for recording others).

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (streaming platforms, payment processors, and social login providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding and content (excluding your content), is owned by CreatorX and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

10. Updates & availability

We may update, change or discontinue features, and provide automatic updates. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data or content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CreatorX harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts located in India will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
